摘要
通过分析贵州省的风力资源及其风电发展现状，指出贵州省风电发展仍存在的问题并提出合理的建设意见。
Through the analysis of wind resources and wind power development status in Guizhou Province, the existing problems in de- velopment of Guizhou wind power are pointed out , and the reasonable suggestions are proposed.
