摘要
介绍了该变电站采用电子式电流电压互感器及选择可靠的一次设备,基于IEC61850标准,过程层、间隔层、站控层采用三层结构两层网络,全站实现程序化操作的设计方案,探讨数字化变电站重视方案设计、保证程序化控制可靠执行的设计体会。其中采用的程序化操作模式是设计亮点,投运至今,程序化操作顺畅、可靠。
This thesis introduces the transformer substation, based on IEC61850 standards, using electronic current voltage transformer and selecting reliable primary device, with station monitor and control layer, the communication layer and the bay layer using three - layer structure and two - layer network, realizing the design scheme procedure of action in whole substation. It is discussed the design experience of digital transformer substation scheme and procedure of reliable control and execution. It is pointed out that the procedure of reliable control mode is the high light of design. Until now, it is easy and reliable to manipulate.
