电力工程建设安全是当前电力施工企业面临的主要问题之一。结合电力工程建设产品生产的特点，建设施工中存在的多种危险因素，电力建设施工企业的组织机构和特殊的管理方式，采用比较、诊断或辨识事故隐患的方法，对安全生产事故的成因进行了分析。从人员的素质、安全技术及企业安全管理三个方面指出电力安全生产中存在的问题与不足，提出了相应的解决对策和建议，从而提高电力工程建设施工企业的安全管理水平，减少或杜绝安全事故的发生。

Power construction security is one of power construction enterprises＇ problems at present. According to the characteristics of power construction production ,the risk factors in construction ,the organization and the special management mode of power construction enterprises, the causes of production safety accident are analyzed by the methods of comparison, diagnose and identification for accident potential. The problems and shortage existing in electric power production safety are pointed out from the personnelg quality ,safety technique and enterprise security management, and the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. So as to improve the safety management level of power construc- tion enterprises,to reduce or eliminate the safety accidents.
