面颈部异位脑膜瘤的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Ectopic meningioma derived from head and neck region.

目的 :评价面颈部异位脑膜瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法 :对 1994年 1月至 1999年 6月间在我科接受治疗的 5例异位脑膜瘤患者 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 :2例原发于咽旁间隙、原发于颞下间隙、眶周前额区和翼腭凹各 1例 ;其中 2例异位脑膜瘤因邻近颅底重要结构仅作次全切除 ,另外 3例作完整切除。结论 :面颈部异位脑膜瘤较为罕见 ,早期诊断和及时手术治疗十分必要 。

Objective:To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic meningioma originated from head and neck region. Methods:Five cases of ectopic meningioma treated in our department between 1994.1-1999.6, received retrospective analysis. Results:Two cases took place at parapharyngil fossa, one case originated from subtemprol fossa, one from frontal-periorbital area, and one from pterygopalatal fossa. Due to two cases' mass involved in important structure of base, so we performed near complete excesion. Another three masses were completely excised. Conclusion:Ectopic meningioma is a kind of rare tumor. Early diagnosis and extensive operation are important especially the reconstruction of the defect of soft and hard tissues. [
