摘要
随着我国企业中女性员工的不断增加,如何突破传统观念束缚,运用科学的管理手段和途径,有效发挥女性员工的特质优势,开发其职业潜能,使之取得更好的绩效成果并为企业创造更大的价值,成为了现今企业的一大课题。文章从当前企业中女性员工的工作现状出发,分析了其未能更有效发挥特质优势,提高其工作效能的原因,并提出了几点建议。
Along with the enterprise in the increase of female employees,to break through the traditional concept bondage,applying scientific management means and ways to effectively play female employee to the characteristics of the advantage,the development of the career potential,to achieve better performance and results for enterprise to create greater value,becomes the now enterprise a big problem.This article from the current enterprise in the work of female employee situation,analyzes its failed to more effectively play characteristics advantage,improve the work efficiency of the reasons,and puts forward some Suggestions.
