摘要
从分析士官任职教育特点入手,叙述了对士官任职教育的认知、目标定位及特点,阐述了士官任职教育遵循的教育观,分析了士官任职教育的困境,最后给出了士官任职教育的对策。
In this paper,from the analysis of the characteristics of education office noncommissioned officers,described the office of education to noncommissioned officers,objectives and cognitive characteristics,and expounds the education for education follow noncommissioned officers,analyzed the education for the plight of noncommissioned officers,gives the countermeasures for education noncommissioned officers.
