新媒体语境下新闻主播思维能力的培养新路径

A Fresh Training Module for Thinking of News Anchors in New Media Era

进入新媒体时代,互联网的发展给传统新闻媒体带来了挑战。为了应对这前所未有的时代压力,新闻人必须要靠提升自身的素养来强化专业能力。这其中,新闻主播的思维能力培养成为一个热点问题,因为新闻主播不再以播报为主要报道形式,"叙议结合"已经在常规节目中普遍运用。通过中国传媒大学和云南卫视共建的实践教学平台,我们发掘了构建新闻主播思维的3个基本要素,并总结出其思维方法的4个特点,从而提炼出一套较为行之有效的培养手段。

The development of internet brought us to a new era in public communication. In the aspect of the organization of informa- tion and revolution of ideas, news reporters are encountering a significant challenge. Therefore, the reform of training module for think- ing of news anchors is becoming a focus in communication theoretical study. A series of thinking factors have been seized on the practi- cal training platform established by Communication University of China and Yunnan TV in order to discover the specialties of news thinking,which reconstruct a fresh training module for thinking of new anchors.
