Measurement Interrogative Sentences with Tone Adverbs in Chinese Translations of Buddhist Scriptures in Han,Wei and Six Dynasties

汉魏六朝汉译佛经中有一定数量的带语气副词的测度问句,它们比较典型地反映了这一时期汉语实际语言中测度问句的新格局。文章分东汉、三国、两晋、南北朝四个阶段,调查分析了此期70部汉译佛经中带语气副词的测度问句,就其使用特点和历史地位问题进行了探讨。

There are in Chinese translations of Buddhist scriptures in Han,Wei and Six Dynasties a number of measurement interrogative sentences with tone adverbs, which typically reflect the new pattern of measurement interrogative sentences in the Chinese language of that period. In this paper, a survey and analysis is presented of the measurement interrogative sentences with tone adverbs in Chinese translations of 70 Buddhist scriptures while a probe is made into their use characteristics and historical status arranged in four stages-the Eastern Han, the Three Kingdoms, the Two Jins, and the Northern and Southern Dynasties.
