摘要
本文分析了毫米波功率行波管工作电压与主要限制因素 ,结合具体的高频慢波结构估算了典型管子所能达到的水平 ,并给出了有关评价系数和计算公式 ,可以为设计毫米波功率行波管的高频慢波结构提供参考。
In this paper,the main limiting factors of the working Voltage in the millimeter wave TWTs for several slow wave structures are analyzed,and a number of useful evaluating functing and equations for design consideration of the slow wave structures for millimeter wave TWTs are provided.
