通过对锅壳式蒸汽锅炉管板出现裂纹漏水情况的调查研究,从结垢、局部应力集中和运行工况的波动性等几个方面分析裂纹产生原因,以便该类型锅炉在设计、制造、检验及使用等环节有效地加以改进措施,保证设备的安全运行。

Through investigation about the shell steam boiler which is of cracks and leakage, and analyzing cracks from scaling, local stress concentration and the fluctuation about work condition, we can effectively make improvement on annuluses such as design, fabrication, inspection and application of the type of boiler and assure the equipment operating safety.
