摘要
用喷雾包囊工艺制备大蒜素微囊,并研究了它的特性。介绍了该微囊和复凝聚法微囊中大蒜素的薄层层析和气相色谱检测方法和微囊对热和光的稳定性。喷雾微囊于室温避光条件下贮藏9个月,大蒜素含量仍保留97.7%。同目前复凝聚法包囊生产工艺相比,材料成本可大幅度降低。
TLC and GC determinations for garlic oil in microcapsules pre-pared by spray technique (Ⅰ) and complex coacervation (Ⅱ), their stability teststowards heat and light were discussed. The microcapsules Ⅰ stored in dark androom temperature aftar 9 months retained 97.7% of original drug content. Comparing with microcapsules Ⅱ, the ingredient cost of microencapsulation maybe reduced greatly.
