公民意识培育视角下的高校志愿服务研究

A Research of Voluntary Service in Universities from the Perspective of Citizen Consciousness Cultivation

志愿服务是高校加强大学生公民意识培育的重要载体。当前高校志愿服务还存在着志愿服务认同低、物质依托不足和人员不稳定等问题。为推进大学生志愿服务工作长足发展,高校还须深化大学生志愿价值理念教育,加大大学生志愿服务活动的扶持力度,树立志愿服务的品牌意识,并建立合理的志愿者激励和保障机制。

Voluntary service is an important means for cultivating citizen consciousness among university students. However, there still exist some problems with university voluntary service such as low identity degree, lack of material support, and instability of personnel. In order to promote the development of voluntary work among students, universities need to deepen the education of voluntary value among them, strengthen the support of their activities and inculcate them with brand consciousness of voluntary service, and establish reasonable incentive and protective mechanism for volunteers.
