摘要
对794名大学生的ESP学习欲求及其满足状况的问卷调查发现:总体上大学生具有较强的ESP学习动机,但这种动机具有一定模糊性;学校在课程开设、教学内容、教学方法和教学成效等方面未能较好地满足学生ESP学习欲求。因此提出以下建议:完善课程设置,增设不同学业层次学生的ESP课程;在EGP教学中融入ESP知识,提高学生的ESP认知水平;提高教学质量,加强校本ESP教学质量保障体系构建。
A questionnaire investigation of 794 university students’ ESP learning desire and its satisfaction actuality reveals that, in general, university students have a relatively strong learning motivation, yet this kind of motivation is out of focus; in the aspect of courses setting, teaching content, teaching method and teaching achievement etc., the college can not satisfy soundly students ESP learning desire. Thus the following suggestions are put forward: improving courses setting, adding more ESP courses for different-level students; inserting some ESP knowledge into EGP classes, enhancing students’ recognition level of ESP; improving teaching quality, strengthening the construction of school-based ESP teaching quality guaranty system.
