摘要
用HPLC法测定6名健康志愿者口服国产和进口卡马西平片后的药时曲线,结果表明两者无显著差异(p>0.05)。中国人体内卡马西平的生物半衰期为35.16±10.15h,与国外文献报道相似。
The serum level-time curves of domestic carbamazepine and im-ported Tegretol in 6 healthy volunteers were determined using high-performanceliquid chromatography. No statistical significant differences were formed in bio-availability and pharmacokinetic parameters of both products. The biologicalhalf-life of single dose of carbamazepine in chinese people was 35.16±10.15 h,which was close to that reported in the literature.
