东盟与广西北部湾经济区企业文化整合研究

Cultural Integration of ASEAN with Enterprises in Beibuwan Economic Zone of Guangxi Autonomous Region

文化整合作为企业文化建设的重要方式,通过企业之间的相互吸收、学习,创造能够给企业带来新鲜血液的优良文化,快速实现企业竞争力提升的目标。通过对广西北部湾经济区文化整合的必要性分析,认识到广西北部湾和东盟企业文化存在的"心理程序"差异性,创新性提出整合广西北部湾经济区企业文化,需要从价值观念、制度文化和物质文化三个层面着手,具体路径包括培养面向东盟的专业性人才、加强东盟国家间的民间团体交流和重视与东盟国家青少年之间的交往等。

As an important means of cultural construction of an enterprise,cultural integration,through mutual absorption,learning and creation,can inject fresh blood into the enterprise and help it promote its competitiveness rapidly.Through analyzing the necessity for the cultural integration in Beibuwan Economic Zone,the writer of this article has recognized the gap of ＂psychological procedure＂ between the culture of ASEAN enterprises and that of the enterprises in Beibuwan Economic Zone,and innovatively proposes that the cultural integration should start from three levels：value concept,system culture and material culture,the specific approaches including training ASEAN-oriented personnel,strengthening the exchange between folk organizations of ASEAN countries and attaching importance to the communication with the youth of ASEAN countries.
