面齿轮传动齿面几何特征与接触应力关系 被引量:3

摘要 研究了点接触面齿轮传动的齿面主曲率与主方向以及面齿轮传动中诱导法曲率的2个主值,探讨了影响齿面曲率及齿面诱导法曲率的因素,仿真分析了齿面的接触应力分布以及主要的几何参数对接触应力的影响。研究结果表明:齿面几何特征对齿轮传动的性能有重要影响,为了降低齿面的接触应力,在面齿轮的传动应用中,应尽量采用较多的齿数、较大的模数、较大的压力角和较小的齿数差。 Studies the principal curvature and the main direction of point contact face-gear driving, as well as the two main values of induced normal curvature for face-gear driving, discusses the factors affecting the curvature of tooth and tooth surface induced normal curvature, and conducts simulation analysis on the influences which the tooth surface contact stress distribution and the main geometric parameters have on the contact stress. The results show that the geometric features of tooth surface have a major impact on the performance of face-gear driving, and in order to reduce the contact stress of tooth surface, it should use more teeth, larger modulus, larger pressure angle and smaller tooth number difference in the application of face-gear drive.
