摘要
MHC是脊椎动物多态性最高的基因座位,与免疫功能相关。MHC基因在长期的自然选择下,分子进化方式可分为核苷酸(氨基酸)水平多态性、等位基因水平多态性、单倍型水平多态性和跨物种多态性,本文综述了MHC基因分子进化方式及进化机制研究进展。对MHC分子进化研究应用于动物种群遗传多样性评估做了展望。
Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) gene is the highest vertebrate polymorphic loci,associated with immune function.MHC genes,in the long-term natural selection,have four molecular evolution approaches,e.g.nucleotide (amino acid) polymorphism,allelic polymorphism,haplotypic polymorphism and cross-species polymorphism.This paper reviews the molecular evolution of MHC gene and its evolutionary mechanism.In addition,prospects the application of MHC molecular evolutionary studies to the assessment of genetic diversity in animal populations.
