摘要
甘蔗抗性与血缘遗传基质密切相关,凉蔗2号搜集抗性亲本,引入异质血缘,亲系远祖广泛采用种间高贵化回交育种方法,增强品种的抗性,在生产中种植抗性极强,表现出显著的多抗性形态学和生理学特征,实现超亲遗传,进行凉蔗2号抗性育种遗传学基础分析,有助于实施良种良法配套技术,以期凉蔗2号高产稳产,高糖增效。
Sugarcane resistance is closely related to blood and genetic matrix. To breed Liangzhe-2, resistant parents were collected, heterogeneous blood was introduced, noblization and backcrossing were employed to enhance variety＇s resistance. Liangzhe-2 showed great resistance in mass cultivation, with excellent multi- resistance on a morphologcal physiology basis.
