摘要 研究诺丽发酵果汁对溴代苯所致小鼠急性肝损伤的抗氧化功能。将小鼠随机分组,高、中、低剂量组分别经口给予不同浓度受试样品,空白对照组则给予同体积溶剂,连续给药30 d后取血测抗氧化酶活力。并在第31天,给予受试样品或溶剂1 h后,用溴代苯油造模致肝损伤,测肝组织抗氧化酶活力和过氧化脂质含量。结果表明,受试样品高、中、低三剂量组中全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力均高于空白对照组,但无显著性差异;中剂量组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。中剂量组肝组织中过氧化脂质(MDA)含量显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论显示,发酵诺丽果汁具有一定的抗氧化功能,对肝组织脂质过氧化损伤具有一定保护作用。 This paper investigates Fermented Noni Juice antioxidant function by acute liver injury in mice induced by bromobenzene.60 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,which included blank control group,model control group and three drug orally administrated groups.The activity of anti-oxidation enzyme in blood was tested for drug groups and blank control group after 30 days of consecutive drug or solvent giving.Experimental liver injury was induced by bormobenzene on the 31st day in drug groups and model control group.Content of MDA and GSH-Px in liver homogenate were determined.Compared with blank control group,each of the drug using group showed a higher activity of GSH-Px,and the medium dosage group with a higher SOD activity(P〈0.05).While compared with the model group,the MDA content in medium drug using group was significantly lower(P〈0.05).Fermented Noni Juice have some anti-oxidation function and protective effects from lipid peroxide injury in liver.
