经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入术后不同止血方法的临床效果及意义分析

Clinical comparison of different hemostatic methods after transradial coronary intervention

目的探讨经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉介入术后不同止血方法的临床效果及意义。方法对我院近年来经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉介入术的1326例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,1326例患者中,行冠脉造影921例、介入治疗405例,术后均采用TRBand止血器止血,其中a组(n=429)每30min放气1次、b组(n=450)每1h放气1次、c组(n=447)每2h放气1次,三组患者的临床资料具有可比性且其余临床操作处置均相同,比较三组患者介入术后并发症的发生情况。结果 b组术后并发症发生率明显低于a、c两组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉介入术后严格合理的止血护理可以明显降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective To assess the clinical significance of different hemostatic methods after transradial coronary intervention. Methods We collected 1326 patients with coronary heart disease after transradial coronary intervention, including 921 coronary arteriography and 405 percutaneous coronary intervention. All the patients received TRBand hemostatic method,and were randomly divided into three groups. Hemostats of 447 cases in group A were deflated every 30 minutes, hemostats of B（n= 450）were deflated every one hour, and C（n= 447）were every 2 hours. And the incidence rate of complication of each group were observed. Results The incidence rate of complication of group B was lower than each of two others（P〈.0.05）. Conclusion Reasonable care of hemostasia is important in declining complication of transradial coronary intervention.
