职业性接触铂类抗肿瘤药物工人的血象观察
摘要
铂类药物由于在肿瘤治疗方面效果显著，被广泛应用于临床，成为许多肿瘤联合用药方案中的重要组成部分，但是，铂类药物存在一定的毒性，可能对接触者的血液系统产生影响，为此，我们于2011年4月对鞍山市某制药厂接触铂类抗肿瘤药物的工人进行了职业性健康检查，现将结果报告如下。
