摘要
[目的]观察丹参煎剂对高脂血症动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂的影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50只SD大鼠用随机数字表法随机分为空白对照组、AS模型组、丹参煎剂(低、中、高)剂量组,每组10只。采取高脂联合腹主动脉内膜机械性损伤方法连续4周复制动脉粥样硬化模型。第5周开始用传统方法将丹参制成0.2g/mL、0.4g/mL、0.8g/mL煎剂进行灌胃干预。第10周检测甘油三酯、总胆固醇。[结果]甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量AS模型组均显著升高(P<0.01);与AS模型组比较,丹参煎剂低、中、高剂量组均明显降低(P<0.01)。[结论]丹参煎剂低、中、高剂量均可降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型的甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量。
To observe salvia mihiorrhiza decoction to hyperlipidemia atherosclerosis rats blood fat influence. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method ,will only 50 SD rats random (specific randomized methods shall explain) into blank control,AS model group, danshen decoction (low, medium and high) dose groups, and only 10. Take high fat joint the abdominal aorta lining mechanical injury methods for four weeks copy atherosclerosis model. Fifth week started with the traditional method will be made of salvia miltiorrhiza 0.2g/mL,0.4g/mL,0.8g/mL decoction for irrigation stomach intervention. 10 weeks testing triglycerides, total cholesterol. [ Result ] Triglycerides, total cholesterol content AS model group were significantly increased(P 〈0.01 ) ;AS compared with the model group,danshen decoction low,medium and high dose group are significantly(P 〈 0.01 ) . [ Conclusion] Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction low,medium and high doses are can reduce atherosclerosis in the rat model of triglycerides, total cholesterol content.
