补肾健脾活血方、金水宝胶囊、中药灌肠联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭对照观察

Control Observation on TCM Treatment Chronic Kidney Function Collapse

[目的]观察补肾健脾活血方、金水宝、中药灌肠联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]使用对照研究方法,将100例慢性肾功能衰竭随机分为两组,均给予优质低蛋白,低磷,低盐饮食,降低血压,控制血糖,纠正水、电解质紊乱,纠正酸中毒,改善贫血,保护肾功能等常规对症治疗。对照组50例爱西特口服(5片/次,3次/d)。治疗组50例补肾健脾活血方水煎口服(150 mL/次,2次/d,1剂/d);金水宝胶囊(0.33g/粒,0.99 g/次,3次/d);中药灌肠(大黄30g,土茯苓20g,煎水150 mL,待温度适宜,保留灌肠30～60 min,1次/d)。观察临床疗效、肾功能及血液生化指标。均连续治疗4周为1疗程(28d)。治疗1疗程(28d)判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血肌酐、尿素氮两组均明显下降,治疗组优于对照组,肌酐清除率(Ccr)两组均变化不明显;血红蛋白(Hb)﹑红细胞(RBC)﹑血浆白蛋白(Alb)两组均明显增加,治疗组优于对照组比较,[结论]补肾健脾活血方、金水宝胶囊、中药灌肠联合西药治疗可延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展。

[ Objective ] To observe clinical effect on TCM of oral together with colochster treatment chronic kidney function collapse. [Method] By comparative study, 100 cases of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups, were given the high quality low protein, low phosphorus, low salt diet, reduce blood pressure, blood glucose control, correct water, electrolyte disturbances, correction of acidosis, improve ane- mia, preservation of renal function and other conventional symptomatic treatment. 50 cases of the control group love seater oral （5 tablet/time, 3 times/day）. The treatment group 50 cases of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue decoction oral （150ml/time, 2 times/day） ; Jinshui Bao capsules （0. 33g/particle, 0. 99g/time, 3times/day） ; Traditional Chinese medicine enema rhubarb root （30g, 20g, and 150ml water, when temperature suitable, retention enema in 30 -60miu, 1 time/day）. Observation of clinical efficacy, renal function and blood bio- chemical index. Treated continuously for 4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment （28 days）. 1 courses of treatment （28 days） followup of 4weeks to judge the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group. Serum creatinine, urea nitrogen in two groups were signifi- cantly decreased, the treatment group than in control group, creatinine clearance rate （Ccr） of two groups were no significant change; hemoglobin （Hb）, red blood cell （RBC）, plasma albumin （Alb） in two groups increased significantly, the treatment group was superior to control group. [ Conclusion] TCM of oral together with colocltster treatment can postpone the development of chronic kidney function collapse.
