舒筋、温筋洗剂熏洗联合α-硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变震动感觉阈值和TSS评分影响随机平行对照研究

The Random Parallel Control Study of Total Symptoms Score(TSS)and Vibration Perception Threshold in Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Patients Treated with Chinese Herb Fumigation Shu-jin Xi and Wen-jing Xi combined with Alpha-lipoic Acid

[目的]观察舒筋、温筋洗剂熏洗联合α-硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变震动感觉阈值和TSS评分影响效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院DPN患者查随机数字表随机分为两组,对照组34例α-硫辛酸注射液(奥力宝)0.6g+0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL避光静滴,1h内滴完,1次/d。治疗组34例在对照组基础上,辨证瘀血阻络型使用舒筋洗剂、寒湿阻络型使用温筋洗剂熏洗双足,每次1包,加入1200mL温开水溶解后浸洗患足20min,2次/d。观察震动感觉阈值和TSS评分。14d为1疗程.治疗1疗程(14d)判定疗效。[结果]两组刺痛、灼烧感、感觉减退、麻木等症状较治疗前均有缓解,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);TSS评分两组均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]舒筋、温筋洗剂熏洗联合α-硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变的VPT及TSS评分的改善明显优于α-硫辛酸注射液组,是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效方法。

[ Objecive ] To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese Herb Fumigation producted by our hospital named Shu -jin Xi and Wen -jing Xi combined with alpha- lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neumpathy （DPN）patients. [ Methods ] 68 subjects with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups by digital random parallel control method. The control group recepted 34 subjects whom were treated with alpha - lipoic acid injection（ Alpha- Lipon）0.6g ＋ 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml quotidie which should be keeped away from light and finished within an hour. Otherwise, the test group was additionally diagnosed and treated based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇s condition with Chinese Herb Fumigation. According to the pattern of syndrome, obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis and by cold hygrosis, we choose different lotion, Shu -jin Xi and Wen -jing Xi for the foots. One pack for one time was dissolved into 1200ml boiled water for fumigation of 20 minites bid. Then they were examined by marks of Vibration Perception Threshold （VPT） and Total Symptoms Score （TSS）. After one course of treatment for 14 days, the therapeutic effect would be assessed. [ Results ] The symptoms of pricking pain, feeling of calor, decreased sensation, and anaesthesia were relieved in both groups after the treatment. The test group was better than the control group ; The marks of TSS which were tested after treatment were improved in both groups, also the test group was better than the control group. There were significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusions ] The therapeutic effect of Chinese Herb Fumigation of Shu - jin Xi and Wen - jing Xi combined with alpha - lipoic acid was signifi- cant better than that of only alpha - lipoic acid injection which was assessed by VPT and TSS. Thus it was the modus operandi of treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
