复方苦参注射液缓解晚期恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛80例疗效观察

80 Cases of Compound Kushen Injection Mitigation with Advanced Malignant Cancer Pain

[目的]观察复方苦参注射液缓解晚期恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛疗效。[方法]对80例晚期恶性肿瘤患者应用复方苦参注射液20ml+250ml生理盐水静滴,1次/d,连用2周为1疗程。2周为1疗程,治疗1疗程(14d)判定疗效。[结果]63例癌痛症状缓解,总缓解率为78.75%(63/80),轻度癌痛缓解率100.00%(56/56),中度癌痛缓解率50.00%(5/10),重度癌痛缓解率14.29%(2/14)。[结论]复方苦参注射液能明显减轻晚期恶性肿瘤患者疼痛,改善食欲和睡眠,提高生活质量,未见明显毒副反应。

[ Objective ] Compound Kushen Injection solution to alleviate cancer pain efficacy of advanced malignancies. [Method] 80 cases of patients with advanced malignant tumors of the Compound Kushen Injection 20ml ＋ 250ml of normal saline intravenous infusion of 1 time / day, once every two weeks for a course of treatment. Observed 0000, 2 weeks for a course of treatment course of treatment （14days） to determine effica- cy. [ Results] 63 cases of cancer pain symptoms eased, the overall response rate of 78.75% （63/80） , mild pain relief rate of 100.00% （56/56） , moderate pain response rate of S0.00% （5/10） severe cancer pain relief rate of 14.29% （2/14）. [ Conclusion] Compound Kushen Injection significantly reduced the patients with malignant pain, improve appetite and sleep, to improve the quality of life, and no obvious toxicity.
