Research on the running process of science and technology decision support system

科技发展决策直接影响着区域科技发展的方向、水平和成效,科技发展决策支持平台建设成为推动区域创新驱动发展的必要支撑。在对运行机制的基本概念界定后,以山东省为例,提出科技发展决策支持平台的架构体系。然后以长期、短期、现状与未来4个决策维度为框架,分析了山东省科技发展决策平台的运行过程。对省际层次的科技发展决策平台建设具有一定的理论价值和实践指导意义。

The direction,level and effectiveness of the regional directly influenced by science and technology decision. As a decision supporting platform is becoming the necessary support science and technological development are always result,construction of the science and technology to promote regional innovation-driven development. After defining the basic concepts of the operating mechanism, and taking Shandong province as an example,the author proposes the structure system and the operation process of science and technology decision supporting platform cored with long-term,short-term,the status quo and the future as four dimensions. This study would offer a valuable and meaningful exploration for the construction of the science and technology decision supporting platform at inter-provincial level.
