摘要
文章从4个方面选取了16个指标,构建了现代服务业竞争力评价指标体系;运用因子分析法对2008年21个城市的现代服务业竞争力进行了评价,根据分析结果,认为青岛市现代服务业的发展中存在的关键制约因素有:产业结构与服务业内部结构不合理、现代服务业人才匮乏、对现代服务业的投资不足、科技投入及科技成果转化能力偏弱;结合青岛市现代服务业发展的实际情况,对下一步青岛市现代服务业的发展提出了几点思考:加强现代服务业人力资源的建设、提高科技对现代服务业的支撑能力、促进制造业与现代服务业的高水平协同发展、引导国内外资金投向现代服务业。
In this paper,the author selects sixteen indictors from four aspects and constructs the evaluation index system of modem service industry competitive capacity. The modem service industry competitiveness of the 21 cities is evaluated by development of factor analysis. According to the analytical results, it is thought that the key factors that restrict the Qingdao ＇s modem service industry are as follows：the irrational industrial structure and inconsistent ratio of service sector inner constitution, the personnel shortage of modem service industry, the lack of investment in modem service sector,inadequate fund and the weak ability on transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Based on the actual situation of Qingdao＇s modem service industry,the author puts forward some strategic thought on the next development of Qingdao ＇s modem service sector：strengthening the construction of human resources of modem service industry;improving the supporting ability of technology to modem service industry;promoting the coordinated development of manufacturing and modem service industry;increasing investment strength and guiding domestic and foreign fund investing into the modem service industries.
