摘要
针对随钻测量系统中压力传感器需要标定的问题,本文采用C8051F060作为微处理器,配合ZIGBEE无线传输模块及标准自动加压台,设计了一种对未知压力传感器进行智能标定的系统,经过室内试验和现场试验验证,这种压力标定系统具有易操作、稳定性好、精度高等特点,可以满足压力传感器标定要求。
According to the calibration of pressure sensors in MWD System,the MCU C8051f060 with ZIGBEE wireless transmission module and the standard automatic compression are used in this paper to design an intelligent calibration system to calibrate the unknown pressure sensor. After the laboratory and field test verification,this pressure calibration system showed its easy operation,good stability,high accuracy and many other advantages,and can meet the requirements of the sensor calibration.
