摘要
为提高胜利海上自动化测控系统可靠性,解决紧急情况下无法进行紧急关断、缺少报警和无法防止非法入侵这些问题,迫切要求完善自动化测控系统的可靠性和安全性。通过对胜利海上自动化测控系统安全性分析,确定了影响系统可靠性的3方面主要因素,并针对这些因素开展了冗余系统研究和可视化监控系统研究。文中提出了提高埕岛油田无人值守平台测控系统的可靠性措施并形成了实施方案,有效的提高了系统的可靠性、安全性,并解决了非法入侵问题。
To solve the problem of the poor reliability of Shengli offshore automated measurement and control system, and the problems of unable to make an emergency shutdown, the lack of alarm and the inability to prevent the illegal invasion, there is an urgent requirement to improve the reliability and security of the automated measurement and control system. This paper determines the three main factors affecting the reliability of the system, and carries out the redundant system and visual monitoring system against the three factors. This paper also presents some measures and a implemention plan to improve the reliability of Chengdao oilfield unmanned platform measurement and control system, which effectively improve system reliability and security, and solve the problem of the illegal invasion.
