重型自卸车俄罗斯操纵稳定性标准研究

Research of Russian Handling and Stability Standard about the Heavy Dump Truck

通过对俄罗斯操纵稳定性标准"GOST R 52302-2004道路车辆操纵稳定性技术需求和试验方法"和"GOST R720-2009轮式车辆的安全技术法规"中涉及操纵稳定性部分的解读,并结合某重型自卸车的试验情况,对操纵稳定性试验的流程及当中存在的问题进行了研究,指出了获得俄罗斯出口认证的风险程度。

Through the unscrambling of＂COST R 52302-2004 Road Vehicle＇s Handling and Stability Technical Require- ments and Test Methods＂and ＂GOST R 720-2009 Technical Regulation on the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles＂. This article has combined the test results of certain heavy dump track and did some research about the process and the problems of handling and stability test. In the end, it pointed out the risk of getting the Russian export certification.
