摘要
对某越野车的双向鼓式制动器进行受力分析,通过计算得出制动销轴和制动支架受到的力,同时对材料进行硬度测试和金相组织分析,通过CATIA进行建模和有限元分析,并对其强度进行分析和计算,求解它的应力状态和位移变化。结果表明,该制动器的销轴和支架不能满足在强度上的设计要求,需要进行结构的优化和材料强度的加强,为该制动器的改进设计提供了有力的理论依据。
Tiffs paper is two-way drum brake force analysisa and the calculations pin shaft by force. At the same time, for material metallographic composition analysis, through modeling and finite element analysis CATIA, on the strength of the analysis and caleulation, the stress state and solving it displacement change. The results show that the brakes of pin shaft and slents can not meet the design requirements of the strength to the optimization of the structure and material strength strengthening, for the design improvement brake proved a strong theoretical basis.
