摘要
以轻量化设计为目标,从分动器铝合金壳体失效分析出发,重点分析了材料的铸造工艺性、机加工艺性,制定了提高铸件质量和加工质量的具体措施;应用CAE手段进行壳体结构的加强和优化,结合试验数据对改进后壳体的CAE计算值进行评价,最后进行试验验证。
The main aim is less weight. This paper analyses the crack of the housing. It focuses on analysis of the material for casting, machining and works out many concrete measures. It optimizes the housing structure with CAE method. Evaluation combined calculation value with the test data. Finally, completed sample test.
