摘要
本文通过采用不同的边界条件,对活动导叶在净水关闭状态下进行刚强度分析计算。有限元分析结果表明:采用不同的力学模型和边界条件,对活动导叶的应力计算结果有较大的影响。文中最终给出了活动导叶力学模型和边界条件,为今后从事水轮机大部件结构分析人员提供参考。
In this paper, the stress of wicket gate is calculated in net head close load case. According to the FEA, the results show that the use of different boundary condition and mechanical model has important effect on the calculation result. In this paper, the boundary condition and mechanical model to calculation the wicket gate strength are given. It is reference for engineer.
