加味苓桂术甘汤联合短期禁食对脾虚痰湿型高脂血症患者血管内皮功能的保护作用

PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF MODIFIED LINGGUI ZHUGAN DECOCTION COMBINING WITH SHORT-TERM FASTING ON VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL FUNCTION OF PATIENTS WITH HYPERLIPIDEMIA BELONGING TO DEFICIENCY OF SPLEEN AND PHLEGM-DAMP TYPE

目的:观察加味苓桂术甘汤联合短期禁食对脾虚痰湿型高脂血症患者血管内皮功能的保护作用。方法:60例高脂血症患者,用加味苓桂术甘汤联合短期禁食治疗,疗程为3个月。观察患者治疗后临床疗效、中医证候疗效、体重指数(BMI)、血脂、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)变化。结果:临床总有效率为88.33%,治疗前后头昏眩晕、身重困倦、胸闷心悸、腹胀纳呆等症状明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后ET降低、NO升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味苓桂术甘汤联合短期禁食可改善高脂血症患者的血脂异常,并明显提高患者的血管内皮功能。

Objective:To observe the protective effect of modified linggui zhugan decoction combining with short-term fasting on vascular endothelial function in patients with hyperlipidemia belonging to deficiency of spleen and phlegm-damp type.Methods:60 cases of hyperlipidemia were treated with linggui zhugan decoction combining with short-term fasting,the therapeutic course lasted for 3 months.The changes of clinical efficacy,efficacy of TCM symptoms,body mass index(BMI),blood lipids,serum nitricoxide(NO) and plasma endothelin(ET) were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.33%,the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were improved significantly,which included dizziness,body weight drowsiness,chest tightness,palpitations,abdominal distension and loss of appetite,etc,TC,TG,LDL and BMI were significantly decreased after treated;to compare with before treated,serum NO level was significant raised,plasm ET level was reduced,the differences were obvious(P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified linggui zhugan decoction combining with short-term fasting could reduce blood lipids levels,improve vascular endothelial function in patients with hyperlipidemia belonging to deficiency of spleen and phlegm-damp type.
