摘要
利用选择性光热作用原理 ,对太田痣患者用 Q开关紫翠玉宝石激光 ( 755nm,1 0 0 ns)治疗。随访 6～ 3 0月 ,未见局部色素加深或缺失 ,也未见增生性或萎缩性疤痕产生。
patients with Nevus of Ota were treated with a Q-switched Alexandrite laser set to deliver pulse of 5.0~8.0 J/cm 2 of body-surface area at a wavelength of 755nm, with a pulse duration of 100 nanoseconds.The result showed the curative effect related to the number of treatments and the interval. There were no hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation or hypertrophic or atrophic scarring in the part from 6 to30 months after last treatment.
