摘要
科技进步对法律演变一直起着重要的影响。主要包括法律内容、司法手段、法律观念及表现方法、传播途径与使用方式方面的影响。研究科技对法律的影响,协调科技进步与法律之间的关系,对社会发展有着重要的意义。
Scientific development plays an important part in the evolution of the law,mainly in the legal content,judicial means,legal concepts,performance,spreading ways and use.The paper mainly studies the influences of scientific development on the law and coordinates the relations between the two,which is significant in the development of the society.
