随着电力电子技术发展,出现了柔性交流输电系统。它能提高电网的可控性,实现灵活的潮流控制,最大化电网的传输能力及提高系统的稳定性,推动输电技术的完善和发展。
With the development of the power electronics,flexible AC transmission system is experiencing a progress.The technique of FACTS provides an effective means,which can enhance the control over the power transmission,maximize the capacity of transmission line and improve the stability and propel the development of the power system.
