摘要
运用流体力学原理,用ANSYS分析计算发动机的流量系数,并用GT-POWER软件建立发动机模型,提出修改方案,对原有和改进后的气道进行模拟和对比,在发动机全负荷的状态下,能够使得原有机型,在不改变其他结构参数的情况下,发动机最大功率可以有较高的提升,并通过实验验证,能够说明仿真软件的结果具有良好的预测效果。
Based of the theory of hydrodynamics and ANSYS, the flow parameters are computed and analyzed, and with the help of GT-POWER software, the motor model is built and improving plans are proposed. Simulation and comparison are carried out between the original and improved air passages, under the condition of full-load running, the motor's maximum power can be improved without changing the other structares' parameters. Experiments shows that the simulation software is good at predicting.
