沈从文与“战国策派”关系考辨

A Justification of SHEN Cong-wen's Relation with the School of “Stratagems of the Warring States”

沈从文与"战国策派"的关系问题一直困扰着现代文学研究界:1949年,他因"战国策派"的身份而受到不公正对待;1980年后,却又被诸多研究者排除在该流派之外。虽然沈从文与"战国策派"成员在"文化形态史观"、"英雄崇拜"和"五四运动"的评价诸问题上存在着明显的分歧,但在思想、创作层面又有着很多相通的地方。他不但是《战国策》的一个比较活跃的编者和作者,同时在"国家至上"、"文化反思"与"生命崇拜"等问题上,也与这一流派成员的核心理念有着诸多内在一致之处。在这个意义上讲,沈从文应该被看作是"战国策派"的一员。

The relationship between SHEN Cong-wen and the School of ＂Stratagems of the Warring States＂ has long puzzled the modern Chinese literature circle. In 1949, SHEN was unfairly treated for his role once played in the ＂Stratagems of the Warring States＂; and after 1980, he was excluded from the School by many scholars. SHEN is apparently different from the School in ＂cultural ideological view＂, ＂heroic worship＂ and attitude toward ＂the May Forth Movement＂, but he shares numerous views with the School in ideology and literary creation. He is not only an active editor and author in the journal of Stratagems of Warring States, but also consistent in considerable ways with the main ideas of the members of the School. From this perspective, SHEN should be regarded as a member of the School.
