Ｄ／Ａ，Ａ／Ｄ变换器是 ＡＤＳＬ系统中的重要组成部分。 Ｄ／Ａ，Ａ／Ｄ变换器的分辨率越高，系统性能越好，但系统成本也越高。系统设计时需要兼顾两方面的要求．通过理论分析，给出了在确保系统性能的情况下，Ｄ／Ａ，Ａ／Ｄ变换器的最小分辨率的确定方法。

D/A and A/D converter are important components of ADSL system. The higher resolution of D/A and A/D converter is, the better the system performance and the higher the of system cost is. When designing system, we must consider both performance and cost. On the basis of theoretical analysis, a method to determine the resolution of D/A and A/D converter is presented.
