摘要
根据扇形 SSPD——自扫描光电二极管列阵的工作原理及信号特点 ,提出了一种计算机控制的数据采集与处理方法 ,包括串行微弱信号放大、时序配合、低泄漏快速峰值保持、高速 A/ D转换以及非线性修正等内容 ,可以以较高的精度实时采集到 SSPD各环的峰值。可应用于空间光能量分布的探测中。
A computer controlled data acquisition and processing method is proposed according to the operating principle and signal property of sector Self Scanning Photodiode array (SSPD).The method still consists of the amplification of weak signal,the matching of time sequence,the fast peak holding with low leakage,high speed A/D converting and nonlinear correction,etc.This method can acquire the peak signal of every ring of SSPD with higher accuracy at real time.It can be applied to the detection for the distribution of space light energy.
