摘要
针对以振弦作为弹性敏感元件的检测装置中存在的不足 ,提出以槽隙式光断续器作为振弦的拾振装置。槽隙式光断续器由红外发光二极管和光敏三极管组合而成 ,通过发光与感光而工作。把振弦置于槽隙的通光截面中 ,若合理选择振弦与通光截面的相对位置 ,光敏三极管的光电流中就会含有振弦的振动信息。论述了光断续器作为拾振装置的工作过程及理论依据 ,最后用MATLAB进行了仿真 。
In accordance with the defects of the detecting device using vibration wire as the elastic sensing element,using a slot type optical chopper as vibration detecting device is put forward in the paper.The slot type optical chopper consists of IR light emitting diodes(LED) and light sensive transistors,its operating principle is to emit light and sense light.The vibration wire is placed in the clear section of the slot,if the relative position between the vibration wire and the clear section is reasonably selected,then the light current of the light sensitive transistors will include the vibration information of the vibration wire.The operating process and theoretical basis for using optical chopper as vibration detecting device are described in the paper.A simulation is carried out with MATLAB in the end.The simulation results demonstrate that using optical chopper as a vibration detecting device is feasible.
