自升式钻井平台升降装置评估方法研究

当前部分船龄超过30a的自升式钻井平台仍然在正常营运中,其升降装置在经历多年使用后均存在不同程度的损伤。通过检测、测绘、工程分析等手段,结合历史操作、维护、保养资料,建立了一套有效的升降装置评估方法。采用该评估方法对某平台升降装置进行评估,提出了有针对性的修理措施,为延长升降装置的安全使用寿命提供了理论依据。

There are a lot of self-elevating rigs aged over 30 years. They are still in operation even over aged. Such aged jacking units were inevitably damaged by various wear and tear in the long service. According to the principle of ＂theory shall be cooperating with practice＂ , and the experi- ence of operating, maintaining and repairing, this paper executes an assessment study of jacking u- nit with inspecting,survey and draw,and proposes an engineering approach. A whole efficient as- sessment program is developed,and the assessment results show that a jacking unit can keep oper- ating for over 30 years.
