摘要 动力头起升系统是齿轮齿条钻机的核心技术,起升装置液压系统参数的合理性是衡量钻机性能的重要指标。介绍了齿轮齿条钻机起升系统的工作原理,设计了起升装置的开放式液压系统。基于AMESim仿真平台对开式液压系统进行仿真分析,研究了液压系统恒流源输出流量和粘滞阻尼的变化对整个动力头起升系统的影响,为起升系统作业参数的制定提供了依据。 Hydraulic h rameters of hydraulic per introduced the ho ead lifting system is the core technolog system are important factors that affec y of super-modulus gear drilling. This pa- ple of super-modulus gear drillingand designed it's hydraulic system,and then simulation of the hydraulic system base on AMESim software was made, in addition, analysis of the hydraulic system by different hydraulic flow source and viscous damping parameters was made, some proposal for hydraulic head lifting system based on simulation analysis's results was finally offered.
