摘要
介绍了一种新型钻机底座的设计构想和结构特点。该底座可使井架按常规起升方式及与底座起升成90°的特殊起升方式安装;井架使用钻机主绞车起升,底座使用液压绞车起升;底座适应安装液压平移装置实现钻机整体步进式纵向移动,满足钻机进行纵向丛式钻井。
The article describes the design concept and the structure features of new-style sub- structure,The substructure makes it possible to install the mast in a conventional rising way and in a special way of 90 degrees the substructure is at. The mast is raised with power of drawworks and the substructure with power of hydraulic wire-line winch. The substructure is suitable for mounting the hydraulic moving system,realizing the rig longitudinally moved in a stepping mode. Thus,the rig can perform cluster drilling operation,reflecting a new design concept and success- fully applying it to product.
