摘要
超深水平井在施工中存在尾管串下入易遇阻、水平段固井质量难以保证2大技术难题。旋转尾管固井技术解决了尾管下入和固井期间尾管的扭矩传递问题,使尾管在下入期间遇阻时可以通过旋转方式实现解阻。从设备、套管、泥浆性能、施工工艺等不同角度分析了超深水平井影响尾管下入的因素,介绍了旋转尾管固井工具的工作原理,分析了永1-平1井尾管固井难点,提出了现场工艺要求及应急预案。
Horizontal Well Technology in ultra-deep well provides a high economic and efficient so lution for the development of Sichuan, Xinjiang region which are deep low-permeability reser voirs. There are two main technical problems in construction:One is easy to meet resistance dur ing casing and the other is hard to guarantee the quality of cementing in horizontal well. This pa- per gives out deep analysis about the impact of ultra-deep horizontal wells under the liner into the factors from the equipment, casing, mud properties, construction techniques, introduces the basic principle of rotating liner cementing tool,analyzes the difficulties of application in the yong 1-ping 1 Well proposes the filed process demand and emergency plans.
