摘要
在国内外封隔器研究成果的基础上,结合分析水平井分段压裂技术,设计出一种新型水平井分段压裂封隔器。介绍了该封隔器的应用工况、主要结构和工作原理,采用几何、材料非线性接触问题的方法建立封隔器的力学模型,通过应用ABAQUS软件模拟封隔器胶筒的坐封情况,为封隔器结构改进提供了理论依据。对进一步提高封隔器的理论研究水平、减少井下事故、提高油气勘探开发效率、降低生产成本等具有重要意义。
On the bases of packer system's research results at home and abroad,through the analy-sis of horizontal piecewise fracturing technology, a new type of Multi-cylinder Packer was de- signed. This paper introduced plastic tube packer application condition, main structure and work- ing principle. The packer mechanical model established, through application of ABAQUS software to simulate the sealing condition of the packer,as the theory basis of the improved structure of the packer. There would be very important signification for improving the research level, reducing the down-hole accident, increasing the exploring and developing efficiency of oil and gas, cutting down the production cost, and so on.
