论述了产品数据管理技术的产生背景和研究内容 ,提出产品数据管理系统的功能组成与结构模型 ,研究了产品信息库模型、系统集成工具、系统可适应性、产品信息一致性维护等产品数据管理关键技术及其发展方向 .

Product data management (PDM) is one of core techniques for the advanced manufacture technique. It provides an integrate and product oriented manager for enterprises that apply the computer aided technology widely. The background and research contents of PDM are described in this paper firstly. The main functions and structure model of PDM system are then presented. Finally, the key techniques of PDM including product database, integrate tools, the flexibility of the system and the conformity of product information are discussed.
