摘要
论文对核电厂用电动辅助给水泵进行了抗震分析。提出一种新的研究转子转动动力学特性的刚度模型,并将该模型运用在有限元的计算中,从而对转子在极端地震工况下运行情况来进行仿真。该刚度模型主要围绕多级泵密封间隙之间存在粘性液体时产生的额外刚度支撑来进行讨论,引入了新的密封间隙刚度的计算方法,并在有限元计算中应用。
In this paper, seismic analysis for motor driven auxiliary feed-water pump which is one of the core equipments of nuclear power plant was issued. Finite element method has been employed to the process of assessment, then modeled and solved. This paper presents a new study of rotor dynamics stiffness model and applied in the FEM process to approach a more accurate simulation for rotor running under such a extremely harsh condition. And this stiffness model is for the case that multistage pump seal grooves are filled with viscous fluid which might cause extra stiffness support while rotor is running at a relatively high speed.
