摘要
对气浮工作台其理论研究的现状和发展进行了总结,基于气体润滑理论建立数学模型,运用有限元数值解法满足其工程计算要求,有利于该领域的进一步应用。
In this paper, on the stage with its theoretical research status and research development are summarized, based on gas lubrication theory to establish a mathematical model, using the finite element numerical method to meet the performance requirements of engineering calculation, is conducive to the further the field of application.
